- jay tee Added March 26, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Nothing like a last minute cancellation to ruin your weekend away. No phone call. Just emails back. Wouldn't answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Maybe because we booked with a scoupon? I suspect a full price-paying customer came in and she just decided to cancel our spot. Good work Omada. If you are considering booking in here, don't bother. You risk ruining a perfectly good weekend.
