  Well, there was a confusion in the booking which was a group booking.. Was not the spas fault in that, but after that th spa staff were extremely unaccomdating in spite of me driving there after 2.5 hours drive..... No consideration at all... And of course had to pay in full for it !
  Completely Unimpressed !

  Make sure to book well in advanced should you want to do multiple treatments in your order. The facilities are very nice and relaxing, the staff are very professional and the treatments are not rushed. You should come out all relaxed and refreshed. It can be very busy at the weekends and the evening retreat session are great during the week. Should you go for a whole day session with lunch you will enjoy a delicious two course brunch.

  Great service, very professional, courteous and accomodating. Had a deep tissue massage for 45 minutes, my masseuse went a little bit over time which was much appreciated. Would go again, not used to such service so very pleased with the massage and the experience.

  Thanks Georgia for the wonderful massage. I can thoroughly recommend the Mineral Spa its quiet, beautifully set up and the staff are friendly without being over the top. I can't wait for my next visit!

  My experience at the Mineral Springs Spa was very disappointing
  I had a $500 voucher, so I booked a $310 package of lunch, massage and facial. When I booked I said to the person on the phone that I would use the balance of $190 on my next visit, nothing was mentioned that that wasn't an option ! Unfortunately I hadn't read the very small print on the Voucher, because as I was about to leave my afternoon of pampering, I was told that I had to use all of the $500 on the one visit !!
  So, I had to quickly purchase very over priced goods from the retail section, that I didn't really need, to use up the $190, or lose it !
  Just as a secondary niggle, I was offered a tea or coffee after my meal, not realising that I was going to be charged extra !
  They certainly won't ever catch me again !

  Great atmosphere and live that they tie in with the hotel for meals if you like. Went in the retreat and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was.
