- Matt Stin Added March 13, 2021★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Have wanted to stay here for years and finally got my shot for my bday. Bed, spa, view, shower all brilliant. Happy enough but could have been amazing.
To justify the price tag and improve the experience it really needed:
- Wifi
- Netflix, stan or foxtel subscription
- Better tv reception (cant do much about that out there but that only further highlights the need for the above)
- Enough coffee pods to cover one per person per morning of their stay
- Couch probably has seen better days and needs a replacement
- The little things like a bottle opener, spare batteries incase the aircon remote dies, plates that actually fit in the dishwasher and enough soap to have one in the shower and one at the sink.
- Enough ice to fill the ice bucket for at least the first night
- Clean bed sheets and kitchen appliances
The spa was perfectly placed for the tv but needs another speaker on the wall above the spa so that you can actually hear it with the jets on. The whole place was beautiful but definitely needed touch ups everywhere. Probably could use external shades for the balcony so that its not 30 degrees by 8am.
Massages as part of the massage package were great and arranged at short notice which was brilliant and much appreciated. The free breakfast that came as part of that overly priced massage pack turned out to not be valued at enough to cover a breakfast and coffee for two people.
Wouldnt stay again at that price unfortunately. If It had the above - most of which are pretty standard for that price these days - it would be well worth it.
